SHOW ME A FLAT DUMBELL PRESS DEMONSTRATION VIDEO



flat dumbell press Step 1 lay on a flat bench with a dumbell in each hand,palms facing away from you.

Step 2 start by pushing the dumbells up so that your arms are in the locked position

Step 3 As you push the dumbell up inhale and as you bring the dumbells down to the start position inhale

Step 4 do 15-25 reps for toning, use heavier weights and a rep range from 8-12 for building muscle
