Symon introduced me to this exercise about 6 weeks ago, we first started without weights and GOSH could I feel it the next morning and 2-3 days after that! This exercise hit me right smack dab in the glutes and upper hamstrings. Symon had me doing up to 20 reps per set/leg. Since then I've moved on using a 20lb dumbell, the burn is so intense and I'm starting to see improvements in my glutes and hamstrings area. Thanks coach for all your hard work :)
