When I first read the report I could'nt believe the fact that you could even come close to being able to work a muscle fully with the set range coach Sy had provided. I had a go with the 5 set hamstring challenge and I was done by set 4..Now before you laugh I have no problem in doing 12+ sets for Hams, but moving over to this system i relized that 5-6 sets for Hams is just the ticket.
