How are you guys feeling after a workout? God I've never felt like this before. I know that when you change up your training that your body feels the soreness, but gosh the first time I used the Hamstring challenge I was good for the first 24 hours. The next 72 hrs I really felt it. I've been using this system for 3 weeks now and I'm still getting the soreness, although I love the workouts I hate the soreness. What can i take to make sure that I recover from workout to workout?
